Return Policy

The "Wasted effort/wasted environment" Rule

Let’s be honest: traditional returns are a massive pain for everyone involved. You have to print a label, find a box, drive to the post office, and wait. On our end, we have to handle potentially dirty or defective stuff, which usually just ends up in a landfill anyway. It’s a waste of time, energy, and environmental resources. We hate it.

So, we have a strict rule: DO NOT send your items back to us. If your gear doesn't fit, if it’s defective, or if you just flat-out don't like it, here is what we want you to do:

  • Keep it.
  • Give it to a friend or family member.
  • Donate it to a local shelter or thrift store.

Let that clothing do some actual good for someone else instead of rotting in the back of a delivery truck. No shipping labels, no tape, no wasted trips to the post office.

Refund Policy

Because we let you keep the original item to gift or donate, we do things a little differently when it comes to refunds.

  • 365-Day Window: You have a full one year from your purchase date to let us know if something went wrong. No questions asked.
  • Store Credit Only: Because the original item stays with you (or goes to someone in need), we do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Instead, we will immediately issue you 100% Store Credit.

How to get your credit:

Just shoot an email to our team with your order number and tell us what’s up. If you want to tell us what went wrong, that’s awesome—it really helps us figure out how to improve our gear. But you don't have to. Either way, we will drop the store credit straight into your account so you can grab the right size, a different style, or try something else entirely.

It’s a simple, honest system that cuts out the corporate bureaucracy and keeps things moving forward.
